Surviving brain cancer at age 21 has given my life so much more clarity. And I strongly believe he has left me here to help other people. I’ve been a dental hygienist for 24 years and love what I do.

I love working one on one with my patients & helping them as much as I can.

I love the outdoors and baking.

Dental Assistant

I grew up in Carson City. I recently graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Truckee Meadows Community College. I have two adorable Aussie pups named Simba and Mushu.

What I love about my job is talking to the patients and making them feel comfortable and at home in our office. I enjoy working in Dentistry to help others maintain a healthy smile. I am happy to be a part of the team at Vial Family Dentistry!

I enjoy hanging out with my two younger sisters when I’m not working. I also enjoy going on hikes in Lake Tahoe with my boyfriend.

Office Manager

I have worked in dentistry for 25 years as a Dental Assistant and an Office Manager. I love my office and our patients! Dentistry is a fun and rewarding profession I would recommend to anyone! I have been privileged to raise 3 amazing kids and am Grandma to two beautiful grandchildren! I grew up in Fernley and raised my family here. Go Vaqueros!!! I love living in Nevada it is so rich in history and offers so much to do outdoors!

I am a people person. I love being able to help my patients get the care they need!

I enjoy hiking with my family. We are avid history buffs and love to explore our beautiful state. I enjoy crafts and baking. You will often find me in the bleachers cheering on my kids, nieces, and nephews athletics.

Dental Hygienist

I grew up in the Northern Nevada area. I’m married with two teenage boys that keep us very busy. We also have two sweet dogs.

My favorite part about my job is the relationships I have created with my patients over the years.

I love watching my boys play football and basketball, cheering on the Wolf Pack, camping, boating, and squeezing in as much travel as possible.

Tifini Tillery
Office Manager

I am married and have a 7 year old son and a one month old daughter. I was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. I have been dental assisting and working up front in the dental office for 7 years, and many of those years have been with Dr. Nicki. I graduated from dental assisting school in Reno and achieved my RDA certification in dental assisting immediately after. I have assisted in general dentistry for most of my career and have experience assisting with oral surgery and endodontic specialties. As I love dental assisting, I also wanted to be fully trained to deal with insurance, billing, and other patient relations.

It would have to make the patients feel better during dental treatment and make sure they are fully aware of what’s happening. I was terrified of the dentist for years, and it caused me not to go in frequently. My goal is to make all of our patients feel comfortable and make their visit to the dentist an enjoyable experience.

I enjoy spending time with my family and my four dogs in my off time. We love to be involved in all outdoor activities and frequently travel on the weekends to watch my husband race cars.
